Obituary:
97 Year Old Rose Hill Woman Dies Early Today
Fremont--Mrs. Maria Elizabeth Alexander, 97, died at 6"45 a.m. this morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Elda Robbins, near Rose Hill. The body is at the Fremont funeral chapel but arrangements have not been made.
Mrs. Alexander was born in Keokuk County, and she and her husband, Frank, who died in 1925, farmed in the White Oak Community.
Other survivors are 3 sons, Charles of Fremont, Leeman of New Sharon, and Lester of St. Charles; 4 other daughters, Mrs. Effie Moor and Mrs. Bertha Keyte of Barnes City, and Mrs. Nora Warrick and Mrs. Lily Wymore of Rose Hill; a half brotherDouglas Alexander of Delta; 21 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren.

Moore, Mary "Molly" Elizabeth (b. 6 MAY 1873, d. 8 SEP 1901)
Note: This was Thomas Richard McDonough's first wife. She died very young and he married Sina Moore later.

Mary Elizabeth Moore and Sina Moore were not related. Mary Elizabeth was called "Molly".

OBIT: Mary Elizabeth Moore was born in Mahaska County, Iowa, May 6, 1873, died at her home in Adams Township, Sept. 8, 1901 at 10 o'clock p.m. She was married to T. R. G. McDonough, April 2nd, 1891, of which union there were four children, two girls and two
boys, one girl, Hazel deceased. Besides children she leaves husband, mother, three brothers and a sister. We desire to thank our friends, also the Rebekah lodge, of New Sharon, for
kindness shown in our time of deep affliction in the loss of a beloved wife and daughter.
